Terms of Service

1. Service

Wonkee generates images and 3D models via AI. You buy credits (one-time or via a monthly subscription) and spend them on generations.

2. Your content

You own the prompts you write and the images and 3D meshes we generate for you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and serve those outputs via our infrastructure so you can access them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store no card details. Sales are final once credits are added to your account except where required by law.

Purchased pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and any unused portion at cycle end is forfeited. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges; you keep access to any credits already granted for the current cycle until it ends.

Unused credits on a new one-time purchase are refundable for 7 days if no generations have been made against them.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Failed generations are credit-refunded automatically.

6. Model licences

Generated outputs — both images and 3D meshes — may be used for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, subject to the licences of the underlying models we run on your behalf:

• Flux Schnell (Apache 2.0)
• SD 1.5 (CreativeML OpenRAIL-M) and SDXL (CreativeML Open RAIL++-M)
• Hunyuan 3D 2.1 (Tencent Hunyuan 3D Community License) — commercial use permitted for organisations under 100M MAU
• Hunyuan 3D 3.1 Pro and Hyper3D Rodin Gen-2.5 (accessed via fal.ai, whose terms permit commercial use of the generated meshes)
• Blender + Rigify auto-rigging (GPL) — the GPL applies to Blender's code, not to output files, so rigged GLB output remains yours to use commercially

7. Liability

Service provided as-is. No warranty. Liability capped at the amount you have paid us in the trailing 90 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or by email.
