1. Service

Pixelforge generates images via AI models. You buy credits and spend them on generations. Credits never expire.

2. Your content

You own the prompts you write and the images we generate for you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and serve those images via our infrastructure so you can access them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store no card details. Sales are final once credits are added to your account except where required by law. Unused credits on a new purchase are refundable for 7 days if no generations have been made.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee. Failed generations are credit-refunded automatically.

6. Model licences

Generated outputs may be used for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, subject to the underlying model licences: SD 1.5 (CreativeML OpenRAIL-M) and SDXL (CreativeML Open RAIL++-M). Both permit commercial use of outputs.

7. Liability

Service provided as-is. No warranty. Liability capped at the amount you have paid us in the trailing 90 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or by email.
