Do credits expire?

No. Buy them once, use them when you want.

What if a generation fails?

Credits are refunded automatically — the failure appears in your billing history with a refund entry.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Email us within 7 days of purchase if you haven't generated anything yet. After that, sales are final.

Are generated images mine to use commercially?

Yes, subject to the model's underlying license. Both supported models (SD 1.5 + SDXL) permit commercial use of generated outputs. See terms.
