Acceptable Use Policy

Violations result in immediate account termination. No refunds.

Hard-blocked content

• Content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context (CSAM). Zero tolerance. We will report to NCMEC and local law enforcement.
• Real-person deepfakes — using a real person's likeness to create misleading or harmful imagery (including but not limited to non-consensual intimate imagery, fabricated harassment material, and impersonation).
• Direct calls to violence against identifiable individuals or groups.
• Content designed to incite real-world harm (terrorist propaganda, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, etc.).

SFW-only platform (no NSFW / adult content)

Wonkee is a safe-for-work platform. The following are all prohibited, whether generated by text prompt or supplied by uploaded image:

• Nudity, partial nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive imagery
• Exposed genitalia, breasts, or intimate body parts
• Fetish content, BDSM imagery, or otherwise sexual material
• Imagery depicting minors in any suggestive, romantic, or sexual context (see zero-tolerance section above)

Uploaded images are scanned automatically. An image that is flagged as NSFW results in the immediate ban of the account and forfeiture of all remaining credits, no appeal. Text prompts attempting to bypass the SFW filter will not receive refunds for wasted attempts.

No copyrighted or trademarked characters

You may not upload images of, or prompt for, characters or likenesses you do not own or have license to use. This includes but is not limited to:

• Nintendo characters (Mario, Pokémon, Zelda, Pikachu, etc.)
• Disney and Pixar characters (Mickey, Elsa, any Marvel character, any Star Wars character)
• Warner Bros / DC characters (Batman, Superman, Looney Tunes, etc.)
• Any other studio-owned characters, mascots, or IP
• Celebrity or public-figure likenesses without their written consent

Copyright and trademark violations are handled via manual review. Wonkee responds to DMCA takedown notices. Repeated infringement results in account termination and no refund of remaining credits.

Other prohibited uses

• Generating imagery for fraudulent purposes (fake IDs, fake products, etc.)
• Spam or large-scale automated generation for resale without commercial agreement
• Attempts to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer the service

Enforcement

• NSFW image uploads — detected automatically at upload time by our classifier. Instant account ban, no refund, no appeal.
• Content-policy violations at the mesh provider — when fal.ai or another upstream model rejects a request as a policy violation, the credits are not refunded.
• Copyright violations — manually reviewed. First offense typically results in the offending mesh being blocked; repeat offense results in account termination.
• Other AUP violations — reviewed case-by-case. Enforcement ranges from content removal to full account termination at our discretion.

Public content

Marking an image "public" grants Wonkee a non-exclusive license to display it on the public gallery, the share page (/share/[id]), and in social previews and promotional materials. You retain ownership and can revoke this license at any time by toggling the image back to private. Already-shared links will return 404.

Public content is moderated. We may remove anything that violates this policy or that we determine is unsuitable for a public-facing gallery, at our sole discretion.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; unused credits are not refunded. We retain Stripe payment records for financial-compliance purposes (these are unlinked from your account but kept for the legally required retention period).

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, email us. Include any URLs, job IDs, or user IDs you have. We respond to abuse reports within 24 hours.
