Acceptable Use Policy
Violations result in immediate account termination. No refunds.
Hard-blocked content
- Content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context (CSAM). Zero tolerance. We will report to NCMEC and local law enforcement.
- Real-person deepfakes — using a real person's likeness to create misleading or harmful imagery (including but not limited to non-consensual intimate imagery, fabricated harassment material, and impersonation).
- Direct calls to violence against identifiable individuals or groups.
- Content designed to incite real-world harm (terrorist propaganda, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, etc.).
SFW-only platform
This service is configured for safe-for-work output. Pornography, explicit nudity, and similar content are blocked at the prompt and output layers. Repeated attempts to bypass these filters will result in account termination.
Other prohibited uses
- Generating imagery for fraudulent purposes (fake IDs, fake products, etc.)
- Trademark or copyright infringement
- Spam or large-scale automated generation for resale without commercial agreement
- Attempts to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer the service
Public content
Marking an image "public" grants Pixelforge a non-exclusive license to display it on the public gallery, the share page (/share/[id]), and in social previews and promotional materials. You retain ownership and can revoke this license at any time by toggling the image back to private. Already-shared links will return 404.
Public content is moderated. We may remove anything that violates this policy or that we determine is unsuitable for a public-facing gallery, at our sole discretion.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; unused credits are not refunded. We retain Stripe payment records for financial-compliance purposes (these are unlinked from your account but kept for the legally required retention period).
Reporting
If you encounter content that violates this policy, email us. Include any URLs, job IDs, or user IDs you have. We respond to abuse reports within 24 hours.
